Welcome to InnovateUp Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our services (Research Writing, Web Development, Publication Support), or engaging with our team, you ("Client" or "User") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

InnovateUp Solutions provides professional academic and technical services including, but not limited to:

• Academic Research & Thesis Guidance
• Software & Web Development
• Journal Publication Assistance
• Plagiarism Removal & Editing

All services are provided based on the specific requirements submitted by the Client via email, WhatsApp, or our order forms.

2. Payments and Refunds

We operate on a milestone-based payment structure to ensure commitment from both parties:

• Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance is mandatory to commence work on any project.
• Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared upon project completion (before the delivery of the final source code, full thesis, or publication letter).
• Refund Policy: Once work has commenced or a draft has been shared, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and resources utilized by our team. Refunds are only processed if we fail to deliver the agreed service entirely.

3. Revision Policy

We strive for perfection and offer a revision period to ensure satisfaction:

• We provide free revisions for up to 7 days after the final delivery.
• Revisions are applicable only if the work deviates from the original requirements provided at the start.
• New requirements or changes in the project scope requested after delivery will be treated as a new task and charged additionally.

For clients engaging us for Website or App Development:

• Server & Hosting: Unless specified in the package, domain and hosting costs are borne by the client.
• Bug Fixing: We provide a 30-day maintenance window for bug fixing post-launch. Any issues arising from third-party plugins or client modifications after this period are not our responsibility.
• Credit: We reserve the right to place a small "Designed by InnovateUp" link in the footer, which can be removed for a fee.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all dues:

• Ownership: The intellectual property rights of the delivered code, content, or design are transferred to the Client.
• Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We value your privacy. We guarantee that:

• Your research data, business ideas, and personal details will never be shared with third parties.
• We adhere to a strict NDA policy. Your work remains yours.
• We use "No Repository" Turnitin accounts, ensuring your documents are not stored in global databases.

8. Limitation of Liability

InnovateUp Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of academic grades, business profits, or data loss caused by third-party hosting failures.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• The client uses abusive language or behavior towards our staff.
• The client fails to make payments within the agreed timeline.
• The client demands services outside the agreed scope without additional payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
